Trading Card Data is provided by FA Applications LLC, 411 SE Mizner Blvd Ste 72 MHS 1203, Boca Raton, FL 33432, United States. It connects supported AI assistants to Pokémon market research tools, including raw and graded card prices, sealed products, available price history, estimated sales activity, population data, set comparisons, and charts. Coverage varies by product, source, and date. Your assistant's subscription is separate. Predictive models are not included.

Free accounts are available now. Paid checkout is not open yet. The paid membership terms below apply when you choose to subscribe after checkout opens.

Membership costs $20 USD per month plus any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST, and renews automatically until canceled. Membership purchases are processed by Stripe, which acts as the reseller (merchant of record) and calculates and collects applicable taxes. Checkout displays the amount, tax and billing frequency before payment. A separate free plan includes 100 tool calls per UTC calendar month without a credit card. It does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. No automatic overage purchase is included.

Paid allowance: 2,000 tool calls per UTC calendar month, shared across connected assistants. A question may use multiple calls. The allowance resets on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC, separately from your subscription's billing anniversary. Unused calls do not roll over. Requests admitted for execution count even if they return no results or encounter an error. Requests rejected for access, quota, or rate limits do not count; account usage, privacy settings and research-history deletion do not use the monthly allowance. Short-term rate limits also apply. Exhausting the allowance stops additional research calls without charging overages.

Cancel through Account → Manage or cancel membership before renewal to stop the next charge. Scheduled cancellation preserves access through the paid period. Failed renewal can suspend access until the payment is resolved. Deleting assistant connections or signing out does not cancel billing.

Use the service for lawful research. Do not share account credentials, bypass limits, disrupt the service, or use your subscription to resell bulk access or republish source datasets without the required permission. We may suspend access for abuse or security incidents.

Prices are dated observations and estimates, not guaranteed purchase or sale prices. Sales volume can be estimated, and data can be missing or delayed. Assistant interpretations may be wrong. Check material facts before acting; research results are not a guarantee of financial returns. Where applicable law provides non-waivable consumer rights, those rights continue to apply.

Material subscription changes will be disclosed before they apply to a future paid period, with an opportunity to cancel. Contact: support@tradingcarddata.com.

These terms are governed by Florida law to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not exclude mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring claims in courts that apply in your place of residence.
