Refunds and cancellation

Updated September 23, 2026

Cancel at any time through your account to stop future renewals. Unless you exercise a statutory withdrawal or other mandatory remedy, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you retain paid access until then.

Payments are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not offer discretionary refunds for change of mind, non-use, or unused tool calls. This policy does not limit statutory withdrawal rights, remedies for faulty or undelivered services, or rights concerning unauthorized or erroneous charges. We correct confirmed duplicate charges.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you generally have 14 days from entering an online service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Any longer period required by applicable law also applies. Using our service does not, by itself, waive your statutory withdrawal rights. This is separate from ordinary cancellation at the end of a paid period.

For billing errors, service problems, or a statutory cancellation or refund request, contact support@tradingcarddata.com with your account email and charge date. Do not send full card details. We apply any legally required refund and response deadlines.

To exercise a statutory withdrawal right, send a clear statement to support@tradingcarddata.com before the applicable deadline. For example: “I withdraw from my Trading Card Data subscription, ordered on [date], under account [email]. My name is [name].” This wording is optional. Where a refund is required, we will return it to the original payment method within the applicable legal deadline; for EU and UK statutory withdrawals, this is generally within 14 days of receiving your notice. We do not deduct a service-use charge under this policy. Mandatory remedies for faulty or undelivered services remain available.
