Email support@tradingcarddata.com for help with account access, connected assistants, research tools, billing, or privacy requests.

Include your account email, the assistant you are using, and a brief description of what happened. A screenshot or error reference helps. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, API keys, or full payment-card details.

For cancellation and refund requests, include your account email and the charge date. We follow applicable legal deadlines.
